Management changed twice in the time I was here and their quality went downhill. They kept charging extra fees every month and in the end when moving out, they charged extra for cleaning and damages that didn't even exist. In addition, half the doors don't work or are broken; the hallways are bug infested; the garages are nightmare-level danger zones featuring tight spaces and hazardous turns that are a wonder it even passed city inspection.

This doesn’t deserve any stars to be honest.
Nasty hallways filled with bugs and old food.
Dangerous parking garages.
Management is horrific.
Kept my security deposit.
The list goes on and on. Save your money and go somewhere else!

My roomate’s and I are counting down the days until we can leave this hell hole of an apartment complex. It is outrageously expensive. Parking costs $60 a month. Our elevators break every time there is a thunderstorm and they have been broken for almost two months. People are trying to move out during the hot summer. Management is absolutely terrible at their core because ultimately they can’t get things done. Please do not sign a lease here it will be the worst decision you will ever make I... promise you.

Wrongfully, and without presenting evidence, they charged us $140 for damages to the carpet and pain in the bedroom. We did not leave behind any damages and it is their responsibility to wash carpet or apply fresh paint before renting the apartment again. They sent our account to collections for those charges. They also charged us $91.58 for "community electric expenses". Normally the facility should be responsible for those charges. On top of it, they did not refund $250 deposit. Have called... and sent emails a dozen times to get explanation and no one responds. Extremely disappointed with the management.
