DO NOT RENT HERE!

Terrible apartments. We rented for our daughter and was hoping it would be okay for a year. It is not. It is a smoking complex and everything you own will smell like smoke. We paid for an extra $50 a month for upgraded apartment with new appliances and never received the new appliances. When we moved her out we were charged over $400 for random charges. We left the place spotless. They LIE. Then they refuse to speak to you when you question their extra charges upon moving out. DON’T rent here.... You will regret it.

Love it hear

They're very understanding nice I feel very comfortable living here the atmosphere the people are air condition broke like at 3 in the morning and they were on call 24 hours a day and they showed up they fix the air condition within minutes, they have good management good receptionist

terrible living condition

Worst place to live in. They charged $75 fee admin after moving out plus some ridiculous charge like $15 for the cleaning fee for ceiling fan and others. This place is CHEAP for a REASON. They had to move us to 3 different units due to flooded on 1st floor unit. For whoever live at 902 and 1106, it was flooded and I bet theres mold in the wall. They moved us to 2nd floor, 301. The floor is warped so bad.

Just splurge a hundred more to live in better place. We turned in the notice of moving out... 6 months before our lease expired. Its that bad!
