Process was so fast and easy! Manager was so helpful and really professional I'm so happy I get to experience living here at Capri villas at the lake is so beautiful out here I don't regret moving in here at all!

We’ve been here for 7 months and we are still loving the area and our place. There’s so many things to do for kids and grown ups. There’s schools are nice, day care comes in handy as well. I recommend staying in Conroe Texas

I have lived here off and on for the past three years and love it. It was my first apartment and I highly recommend it if you plan to stay for awhile in between places. Any leasing specials they have, they wont screw you over on them. Love living here.
