My wife and I have been living here since 2022. Since then we have enjoyed our stay here and are sad to leave. I recommend this place, especially if you are looking to plant roots for a while. Great amenities. Great people.

New buildings but already falling apart. Maintenance works well but the office and corporate just want your money. They email you about food trucks and "fun friday" every other day, but more important information about being fined for leaving trash out, and forms that need to get signed they stick in your door (which fly away from the wind) and then you have to pay and they have no sympathy. Be sure you have a walk through with signed documents and lots of photos before move in, during move in and when you hand keys over at move out. Otherwise, this management company will charge you for pre-existing and non-existing issues. Not only did they keep my son’s deposit, but they also denied ever receiving deposit even though he had the receipt to prove it from his bank and they charged him almost $500 after we moved him out and cleaned his apartment, including the blinds and baseboards.… At the time he turned in his keys, he requested a walk through and the manager on duty said it was not necessary. Upscale apartment with nice amenities and pool! All the staff were super friendly and patient with me throughout the whole process before I moved in. I love how pet friendly this place is bc all other apartments were super strict.
