Could be better. Needs some update amenities and another pool. Better parking options as well. It would be nice if the gate worked for an extended period of time. Also can we put a new broiler in the budget so there won't be constant water interruptions.

The management and maintenance staff are what make this property stellar.
Everyone one of them is friendly and kind. I’ve had repeated medical issues where many were spent at the hospital and stays have been lengthy. They placed any packages that arrived while I wasn’t home, carefully inside my home. Not many apartment managers would do that.

Pretty swag apartments, people are kind. Haven't had any issues yet. I do love the coffee bar as well. Also love that the pet waste bags are always stocked.
