Overall, it’s been a good experience. I appreciate the fast response to maintenance issues. One thing I dislike is the lack of parking spaces. The paint on the balcony railing has been chipping for years.

Parking was trash, unit very roomy, bathrooms counter space isn’t the best at all BUT great showers.

The staff are helpful, knowledgeable or willing to obtain answer for questions you may have. The pool area is large and amazing. The gym is up to date with equipment. The parcel mailing system is very safe! The maintenance team is helpful and fast

Everything is great ! The complex is very well maintenance. My only issue is there is never any parking spots near my apartment, I always have to park three buildings away.
