My experience with the staff has been amazing so far, I love the Amazon lockers for packages. I wish there were more events and things offered for full-time employed residents who may be off on the weekends but can't enjoy the amenities or events offered throughout the week. Also, one thing I don't like about the apartments is the windows, the way they were made you still can feel a draft from the cold. Also, were constantly spraying for sweet ants and sometimes red ants as well, which is a... major inconvenience.

Overall best experience we’ve ever had renting! We’ve been renting since 2018 and have lived in a total of 6 different apartments. The Madison in Cypress is by far the best in all major categories. Maintenance, excellent. Management, excellent. Tenants, excellent. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience here!

The apartments have a lot of storage space and is zoned to really good schools. The apartment has food truck come by often which is amazing too.
