Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests without permission. One towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Max of 2 pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
