4049 Prescott Ave Apartments

I have lived in this 8-plex for over a year and don't have plans to leave. The location is perfect, Prescott Avenue is a beautiful tree-lined street in North Oak Lawn/South of Highland Park. The apartment itself has what look to be original, beautiful real hard wood floors. The living room is a decent size, with a non-functioning fireplace with built-in shelves. The kitchen is a little small and lacks a dishwasher. The bedroom is large and has closet space with built-in shelves that span an... entire wall of the room. The bathroom looks totally vintage with gray & yellow tiles and more cabinets and storage than I know what to do with. There's not central air or heat, but the window units work just fine.
