t’s been questionable not good homeless people sleeping in hallways…. This needs to get taken care of or people start to break there lease . It’s very unsafe

The staff at 4123 are great!!! They have gone above and beyond to help my husband and I. My husband has health issues and has not been able to work. Going from 2 incomes to one has been difficult. 4123 staff gone out of their way to help accommodate us during this difficult times we’re going through. There are some repairs needed here and hopefully the owner will come through.

My apartment tour was great but the living conditions around the complex are sketchy. A few outside gates don’t lock, there’s human pee in the stairwells and the property halls are in poor condition and look outdated. The parking garage is also constantly littered with trash. This building has really lost its luster.
