We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests will be allowed over while renting the property. The fireplace is for decoration only, and guests are asked to refrain from using it. We offer plenty of body towels for your use, but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like. All smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube, along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and send alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is not recording nor storing sound data.
