Examples of vehicles that will be turned away include vehicles with breathalyzer systems, makeshift or malfunctioning controls, or faulty brakes, large vehicles such as sprinter vans, long economy vans (10 passengers or more), or any vehicle exceeding 6'8" in height, dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheel wells or storage containers, vehicles modified with aftermarket lifts or larger custom rims and tires, and motorcycles or tricycles lacking car-type controls. Prior guest verification is required to meet legal requirements and ensure security. You may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact details, complete our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check. All guests must sign a rental agreement that outlines the terms of their stay. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with our rental terms and conditions, provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in, complete a background check if required by management or the owner, and finish our verification process to receive check-in instructions. Guests must submit the necessary information within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings).
