Examples of vehicles that will be turned away include vehicles with breathalyzers, makeshift or unsafe controls, or malfunctioning brakes, large vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, vehicles with 10 or more passengers, or any vehicle over the 6'8" height limit, dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheels, lockers, or containers, which are too difficult to navigate in the garage, after-market lifted vehicles or those with custom rims and tires, and motorcycles or tricycles with non-car-style controls. Guest verification is required prior to stay. For legal and security reasons, guests may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact details, complete our verification process, and potentially undergo a background check. This information is used exclusively for screening purposes and will not be stored or used for any other reason. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement that outlines the terms of their stay. By booking, guests agree to follow the rental terms and conditions, provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in, undergo a background check if requested by property management or the owner, as stated in the rental agreement and booking terms, and complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions.
