Eleven10 at Farmers Market Apartments

I have loved living at Eleven10! There have been a lot of changes, and you can tell the staff cares about their residents and the community overall. Ruby and Sade are always kind and helpful! I will be renewing my lease!

I really enjoyed living here the last four years! The location, the downtown views. Really made my experience in Dallas great.

I very proudly will like to state how I love my home at Eleven10. The dynamic management and fun office team gets 11 stars, the maintenance gets 11 stars. The neighbors are decent, respectful, and friendly. I'm at peace, I'm truly happy and living here has brought me the greatest JOY thus far.

If you enjoy living somewhere where you don't get sleep because most nights it sounds like you're living adjacent to a nightclub, where management will tell you anything just to not have to deal with an issue, where tenants are loud and inconsiderate, where packages are always stolen, hallways are dirty and cars are tampered with then this might be the place for you.

First year, amazing! Years after, terrible, terrible, terrible. Eleven 10 used to be a very nice and fun community. The front office was highly communicative and helpful. The maintenance staff kept everything working and clean. People were nice. Now, it’s dangerous and you can tell no one in the front office wants to be there. We’ve changed management several times and now we’re stuck with some weirdos. The current managing staff change rules and add new fees on a whim. None of which are posted... anywhere and you aren’t given a heads up on fees. I’ve been charged lots of money for their mistakes, to which they’ve admitted to and still charged me. I have to record every meeting I have with management because they lie. Both managers don’t respond to emails and leave early everyday. Someone was shot here, someone was stabbed here. There are car break ins. The gates don’t work sometimes. It constantly smells like dog poop and pee in the hallways. The floors are sinking for some reason. The power goes out too often and you can see every other apartment community around us still has power. What’s that about? I must say my last and final year here has been rough. I do not recommend. 0 stars to this community. There are so many other community’s next to us and across the street. I have a friend that lives in the community behind us, she loves it.
