I’ve been having bed bugs probably since i moved in a year ago but they got really bad in September but i still didn’t think it could be bed bugs until i saw them for the 1st time 2 months later informed the office nd they said i had to wait a week their exterminators came 2 times! The front office staff was good and the maintenance took care of any requests in a timely manner but that's about the only good things about this place.

ROACHES... There is a roach and bug infestation there. They will spray for roaches but it only kills the few on the surface and doesn't get rid of them. They are everywhere in the apartment and they're not going anywhere regardless of how much they spray.

DIRTY...The apartment was dirty and not cleaned at all prior to me moving in. There were... wood chunks and splinters all over the carpet. There was writing all over the place.

THE SMELL... There is a horrible smell that doesn't go away. It has to be mold and it will stink up all of your clothes and belongings.

HIGH CRIME AREA... Avenida Crossing is located in a very high crime area, not safe at all. The neighbors on the other side of my building had their car broken into and property stolen. Robbery and theft is high at these apartments. Look at the crime map I've provided and it clearly shows the danger of living in these apartments.

Needed something quick and it was ready by when we needed it. Got accepted even if we didnt have credit. Everyone in the office was very helpful.

Spectacular. My second year here with my boyfriend. They are always working with me, and they know I never fail them when it comes down to fulfilling their payment arrangement needs. I have had a few occasions that I had to fall a little short on my rent due to my car wreck, and ms.tania laid down the arrangement process to avoid losing my apt and was a very good listener. I see some new faces in the front office but they are always so helpful.
