Love living here! Amenities and community areas are clean. Office and maintenance personnel are friendly and helpful. We have lived here for the last 2 years and has been the best apartment we’ve lived in.

Terrible, beware!

Poor living conditions and even worse property management. Bad mix! Lived here for 4 years and ever since Broadstone left so did a certain standard of living and customer service.

Verified Renter

So far so good ??. I hope the parking garage doors fence gets fixed. Vehicle traffic coming and going must share half of an entrance.

Staff is always pleasant and civil.

Love it here

Everyone that works here is amazing! I love my apartment and being able to park my car in the parking garage with no worries!

DO NOT MOVE HERE.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Your car will be broken into, if not stolen. Since we've been here this happened TWICE. This is sooo common in these apartments regardless if the gates are working or not. I'm beginning to think it's an inside job.

Security is nonexistent. Police cars are parked at the front of the building as decoration, not necessarily for security.

The apartments are nice in the inside but terribly made if you actually look at the construction. The building is not well kept. The garage is... full of trash. "Secured" doors are not secure. The dog park is a joke. It's a huge field full of poop and prayers. Be ready for the fire alarms to go off at random times in the middle of the night.. With no fire and no explanation from management.

I requested a copy of my lease via email Aug. 15th. It's Nov. 19th and Mariela still hasn't responded.

I really tried to give this building some grace despite prior issues, but I'm so tired and ready to move. Thankfully, our lease is ending and we're not renewing. I do not recommend anyone to move here that values their property. I have never contacted my insurance so much since being here smh.

I will say Stacy has been kind but that does not outweigh the many cons that comes with living here. We pay our rent on time, everytime and would like to feel safe and not worry about it our vehicle will be damaged or even outside when we wake up. Invest into some real security.

And please do not contact me to discuss my review without resolution/compensation for having to file ANOTHER insurance claim. Living here has become a huge inconvenience.

Please consider this review and every other stating the same prior to signing a lease here. I wish I would've instead of overlooking them.

Our community does not advertise a dog park; however, we do have a large field behind our community that is owned by the... city, and our team does their best to maintain it. Fire alarms were sounded in the last year due to retail construction, but this is not an ongoing issue for us.
