The first 6 months living here were amazing because the occupancy was probably at 50 percent or less ( I could tell by how many parking spaces were taken up throughout the first 6 months). The second 6 months have been hell literally. My upstairs neighbor and his kids don't give a crap about me I have written letters to him directly at first then it was like he didnt even care and just dismissed it so after that i started going to the office and complained 2 times and the noises are louder now... than before. excessive jumping and falling on the ground and stomping at all times of the night and day. The property is not safe at all, i was leaving to work a few days ago just to see that the car next to mine in the parking lot had been broken into and one of my neighbors mentioned to me about how his car had gotten completed stolen from the parking lot a few months ago as well and asked the office to help him but management didnt seem to care much kind of just told him sucks to suck man. Bishop arts used to be a safe area when i moved in and now recently there was a drunk driver who ran into the fiber box which has been destroyed for weeks not even the landscape was fixed. The boxes being shipped for presents for the holidays have been getting stolen and ripped open. For as much as they charge for rent yall need to look into way nicer fancier places in the trinity groves area or off beckley and i30.

I have not had hot water or any pressure for cold water in the shower for 4 days. I have placed a work order on the resident portal (website) and called them to inform them of the issue that needs to be resolved immediately since I cannot use the shower/bath at all. I have been calling the regular phone number and the emergency maintenance number for 4 days, leaving them voice mails but without success. I would call the emergency maintenance number and it would say that there are no agents... available and the call would end. This is not cool at all. I work 12-hour shifts and I can't go a day without taking a shower so I had to go take a shower somewhere else at friends. This is unacceptable from a community that offers "apartments with high-end finishes" "state-of-the-art living experience".
Also, 1 month ago I had a rental car for 2 weeks while my personal vehicle was in the shop for some fixes. Magnolia on Zang does not offer any visitor parking spots inside the apt complex parking space. I had to park my rental car on the side street and I could barely find a spot to park. One day I came home from work so tired and there were no parking spots anywhere in the area surrounding the apt complex and I had parked inside the apt complex. I woke up the next days with my car missing, finding out that my car was towed due to not having a sticker for being a resident. I had talked to the manager saying that there are no other ways to park so I had to do it because of the area not being the safest, and across the street neighbors always throwing parties and having a lot of people out on the street doing shady stuff. They refused to reimburse me the 175 dollars that I had to pay to get my rental vehicle back, even though there are NO VISITOR PARKING SPOTS AVAILABLE that are within the gates of the apt complex. Honestly, it was not safe for me to park on the side streets and was always scared that something was either going to happen to me or with the rental car. I am really upset with this situation and I just renewed my lease for another 12 months.

I'm so sorry to hear about this issue. I understand we got your water issue resolved but In regard to your rental car, make sure to notify us in the future of your need for a replacement hanging tag- we could've supplied you with one for your rental... car, so you could park within the gates without being towed.
