Decent

I haven't had any major issues and the problems that u did have were all taken. Care of. And from then it's been very short sweet and to the point with work orders no issues and no worries getting it done

good results

Been here 7 years, new management great, theyre prompt with maintenance, looks good inside and out. Got an issue they resolve it. Fair pricing . Love my tall ceiling, fireplace, fans, 5g fiber, wood/carpet floors. Updates are great?

Not worth the money or your health.

If you don't have options, don't mind paying for more than what you'll recieve and are okay with your neighbor's smoke filling your apartment, go for it. Prepare for maintenance to come repeatedly for the same issues.

GREAT CHOICE…

I’ve lived here for five years after relocating from Michigan. I must say that maintenance, mainly Ivan, has been great about small repairs that I needed and usually got it done the same day I reported the issue. When I moved here, Chip and Angela were here and they were very nice and helpful. Now we have Bertha and a new person, Adrian, that I haven’t met yet but we’ve emailed. Bertha is very nice and helpful to you when you’re facing an issue paying your rent. I like being able to come home to... peace and quiet and the neighbors, well some of them, are pretty friendly and respectful.
