Not worth the Renewal
20 Yards from a train.
Constantly changing management staff. Frequently reach out to find that they no longer work there.
Low-quality residents who are incapable of keeping their space clean. Trash outside the designated areas. We would consistently hear fights and loud arguments. Does not help that the floors were made with construction paper, so you hear every step of your upstairs neighbours.
Maintenance staff is the ONLY redeeming quality.

BEST APARTMENTS IN NORTH DALLAS
I love being a resident at the Brazos. I have been there now 2 years and I'm not looking to move anytime soon. We are under new management and I love ALL of the activities they do for the community. Maintenance is quick to fix problems. I love it!
