Tour

I took a tour of the complex this morning before work. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered and they even let me fill out the application there. The apartments are very nice and the perfect fit for me and my pomeranian. They have a dog park which will come in handy. I also like that it is a gated community.

Roaches , Mouse, Absurd FEES

ROACHES & MICES everywhere despite informing the staff .
They began to charge people for parking spots that were free 2 years prior.
They create charges and do not mention to residents( Spectrum , Wifi $65 and Amenities $10 cost randomly added) .
Forever to fulfill request .
Overall, new management lacks integrity and influence by greed.

PARKING SUCKS MANAGEMENT SUCKS

When I first came here the apartment was falling apart I had to do my own repairs. Trash valet comes ones a day the rest tough luck. People don’t pick up their trash cars get vandalized they tow cars even if you live here. Water is always shut off every two weeks and the laundry mat has roaches.

Belterra

I moved in the Belterra Apartments a few months ago and so far so good! You have valet garbage pick up at your door, 2 pools and gated parking. It’s also affordable,I recommend!

Office staff

The office staff here hands down on point when it comes to apartment living. Ive lived here almost three years now and staff in the office has always shown me so much love the are willing to help with timely issues you may have due to maintenance.love it
