I think in apartment living there should be limitations on noise control after a certain time of night, and kids should definitely have a curfew so that people that work won't have to hear all of that loud music or kids running around outside playing at 12-2'o clock in the morning while you're trying to sleep. That's rude, disrespectful and very annoying. I just think that apartments are too close together for all of that to be going on.
