Nice Place. Horrible Experience.
Nice place. Horrible experience. The complex isn’t very occupied, and you sense the rush to acquire tenants. On our move-in day, we didn’t receive both sets of keys (or three total sets to match the number of people on the lease - we were charged for the third set). We voiced our want for an in-unit washer and dryer - missing. We registered our vehicles with the apartment but had to request garage access for weeks. When we did get access, we were billed for garage openers. We just learned the... pool requires wristbands, and our mailbox is not the address listed on Google. My car was towed today because there’s a second registration that we should’ve received an email about. I was told to pay out of pocket. At this point, we’re strongly considering involving our attorney and finding a more competently managed place. There are plenty.
Update: My car is damaged.
