The maintenance team is great and timely and very polite. However, my time at the Monterey has deteriorated given the extensive renovations that have been occuring without any advanced notice, impacting my daily commute due to closed entrances/exits, etc

Super slow elevators, garage doors took two months to fix (come on people, we're in DFW). There had to be a repair service that could complete the fix quicker. You left every single residents vehicle vulnerable to theives. My bike got stolen simply because your facility was not secure.

Benjamin and Hector from the maintenance team were “the truth”. They were both friendly and fixed my maintenance issue with my ceiling light extremely quick! They win!!!

Reported not working AC, in less than 2 hours I had a service visit and in less than one hour AC was fixed. Things can broke, so I truly appreciate how fast problem was fixed.

Verified Renter

There is a significant lack of security throughout the building. The garage door is routinely left open, creating an open invitation for anyone to enter without restriction. Additionally, the elevators are not integrated with the building's security system (for over a month now!), meaning there are no safeguards in place to prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing any floor. This leaves the entire building vulnerable, as anyone can freely move about without any security checks or barriers... in place. The absence of these basic protective measures poses a serious risk to the safety and privacy of residents or employees.
