The Village is a nice place to live with a variety of pricing options. The prices seem reasonable. The people are friendly, the grounds well kept, the amenities plentiful, the outdoor spaces beautiful. The community is large but spread out, so that there is a neighborhood feel.

The Village is a secret gem in Dallas. It’s a beautiful property and well maintained. Lots of greenery, nice restaurants, fitness club, outdoor pools and shopping’s are in close proximity.
The Bend is one of the older apartments, but kept in a great shape. It has been my home for eighteen years. It’s quiet and fairly safe. I love that they have long time employees. David is awesome and there is nothing he can’t fix. Mike does wonders with cabinets and fixtures. Both of them are top notch. In... general, the Bend is a lovely place to reside.
