I've lived here coming up on 2 years now, and HOLY crap, it's bad. The number of times managements has changed needs to be counted on BOTH of my hands. You get really good people that want to help and that work in the office, but they eventually move away because to Property Manager or whoever decides that this establishment is not worth fixing up, leaving the people that live here to rot. That's my main issue, the staff seem to have good intentions, but it won't matter anyway once they pack up... and leave in the next 3-4 months
