very bad condition apartment
Since we moved in on 11/4/22, the apartment didn’t have us right mailbox key. AC is broken(never got fixed since reported few times during one months) trash disposal broken(got fixed), the bathroom roof leaking water continually ( we’re so scared that the roof going to be a goal and the bathtub going to fall when we shower for almost one month, also reported few times during a month, never got fixed) . Next door neighbor talked almost every night from 12am -6am , upstairs walking constantly from... 12am-6am in midnight. We can’t even sleep well every night for day time work. I called several times requested manager move us to some other room. He never say anything and keep argue back and being rude attitude and ignore us. We lived few apartments before the wall never been that thin can hear neighbor talking in midnight. The worst apartment I have ever lived. I almost mental weakens because annoying neighbors and water dripping sound everyday for one month. Very bad experience.

Loved living here!!
I moved here and it was my first apartment I’ve ever lived in on my own. The leasing staff is great and they are so helpful! Only bad thing was parking I had an assigned spot and people were always parking in my spot, but their is a towing company which is good. Overall I loved living here!!

Glad to move out
This has been the worst apartment I have ever lived in. It wasn't bad when I first moved in but when this new company took over it was a huge scam. They'll try to get you with a million fees at the end of your lease. They kept my entire security deposit with no explanation why when we spent two entire days cleaning the apt. We had even gotten an industrial carpet cleaner. The actual condition of the apt was crap when we got it but we thought hey its cheap. But now I would not pay this crap hole... a dime. They started doing random construction whenever they want. They did construction on my patio at 9 pm with no notice and broke my potted plants. When I tried to talk to them they said its not their problem. They did renovation work on the steps to my apartment and left them littered with nails and the gutter just hanging lose of the side. The foundation of the balcony to the stairs was cracked and bending. The whole apartment is a huge safety hazard. The neighbors smoked weed constantly that they set the fire alarms off twice to the point that the fire dept had to come knock down the door and air the place out of smoke. The gates randomly work and then don't so often that you get locked out because the key fobs don't work. The office staff are rude and disrespectful. You couldn't pay me to live here again. Please read this review and trust me stay away.

Horror story
This complex has really gone down hill fast. The place was decent when I moved in last year, but a new owner took over and now the place is basically a project. There is graffiti, people are always coming and going honking their car horns, there are fights in the parking lot, my building always smells like marijuana, and people are always loitering around the complex. I used to feel like this was a safe place, now I'm always looking over my shoulder. I will not be renewing my lease.
