I've lived in Dallas all my life and I've never seen an apartment with as many ROACHES and insects. I wish I never signed the 1 year lease. I've also live in 4 different luxury apartments in Dallas and this is by far the worst one with the most things broken (meaning the plumbing not working the electricity not working, the floor boards being broken, etc.). Don't even waste your time applying here, I know the fake reviews can be tempting, but I know for a fact that they're fake because I caught... one of the staff members filling one out themselves and they 100% didn't live on the property.

I highly recommend living here! Not only is it in the growing and fun area of bishop arts it is a very safe and secure place. It takes two key access areas to enter your apartment and it has a nice hotel-look walk area through the living halls. The amenities are very nice, new, and clean. Collin the manager is very helpful and very attentive when it comes to any questions I have had which has just added more of a great environment at Vance at Bishop Union! The coffee house located under the... apartment has the most delicious breakfast burritos and coffee which is another perk of living here!

Don’t even THINK about applying for an apartment here if you are self-employed unless you make 10x the rent per month. If I made 10x the rent per month, why in the world would I want an apartment here?! I applied for an apartment and asked for every bit of information that I need to submit because nobody sems to trust self-employed people, like myself. They explained that it was no problem if you don’t actually make 10x the monthly rent in income per month, as long as you can provide... documentation (statements) from other accounts (investments, savings, retirement, etc.) that could be liquidated to cover the difference. I was told I would be more than covered for this difference. I waited TWO WEEKS after submitting my application to hear back because they have had issues with their screening process and had to temporarily lift my credit freeze for each of three credit reporting agencies TWICE, for a week each time, but to no avail. I keep a freeze on my credit to keep my credit secure after having my identity stolen last year, and having to lift it for two weeks, especially for no reason, is extremely frustrating. Caterine was kind enough to update me every day, every step of the way, with the status of the application. She mentioned that the property was under new ownership, and things were still in a transitioning phase. She also informed me that for nearly two weeks my application status has been listed as “pending” but did not know why, so contacted the screening agency and management. Management then requested to override the screening software and to resubmit my documents for a manual application approval. Throughout the process I remained patient and stated that I would rather hold out for this apartment than to cancel the application and look for something else. Nearly two weeks later, counting on this place, I just received the call denying my application. Reasoning was because “they don't accept” any of these forms of collateral that told me they accepted. My investment, crypto, trading, and retirement accounts would not be accepted, which Caterine was not informed of. I’ve wasted two weeks of my life expecting to move in, but I can only blame the awful management for this miscommunication. I could have easily found an alternative place to live within this timeframe but was still not accommodated at all. This is inexcusable and extremely unprofessional. Thanks for nothing. Five stars for Caterine, zero for management.
