*** HORRIBLE AT COMPLETING WORK ORDERS!!! ***
You'll never get a work order done in a timely manner if you move here. This is just awful! It's been 7 weeks and I still haven't been able to get my washer and dryer door fixed or my front door. Is this an emergency? No, but should it take this long? I've called the office at least 30 times! The manager is NEVER available and the front desk associates have the worst memory imaginable. They never relay messages to the manager and always forget why you called or what the work order is about. This... is not difficult. Just write it down! Geezus! One day the maintenance men came to fix a few work orders. Then he started to leave. I said, "Sir what about these other two problems that need to be fixed. He said, "It wasn't on the work order." I replied, "yes it was." Then he told me I have to talk to the office. I did right afterward and the associate in the office confirmed it was written down on the work order and she didn't know why he didn't finish. That was in the beginning and they never came back to fix it. I finally talked to the manager about this over a week ago. She apologized, said they would do better and work on communication, but the work order still isn't done. I even told her I wanted to wait before I wrote a bad review on the property. She thanked me for talking to her first. Then here we are almost two weeks later and my work orders are not complete. This is ridiculous and they should be embarrassed!!! This isn't the worst customer service I've ever received but it sure it close. What makes matters worse is they try to make your rent bill more confusing each month and the price just magically raises with hidden utility fees. Do not move here unless you want to wait an eternity to get the work order done. This is an AWFUL experience that you should avoid!
