Vista Del Sol Apartments

Issues non stop with apt ac or leaks mold ect... tonight around midnight gunshots & just woke up again to more gun shots at 2:10 am the apts are just horrible now and people hanging out all hours drinking & things going on not ok here would avoid moving here especially if you have children no place to live with kids.

All year has been hot air blowing management always says the same thing we are going to fix it and never does it was 96 degree sure felt like 105 and it’s extremely hot inside it’s more hot inside than outside management needs to be FIRED

I do not recommend that you live, here the air NEVER SERVES you always endure heat, if they are with paid bills but as you want, it is not worth it, I really do not recommend these apartments, I and my family only endure 1 year living there. I did not recommend them

The staff never turn in work orders. I have been here for 3 years and they never fixed my leaks. They never do any inside upgrades. The only apartments they change the tile to wood style are the ones that people leave out of their lease early on. The older tenants never get upgrades. The bugs are bad. They sometimes try and cheat you out of your rent. Be sure to get a receipt. The inside of the apartment's kitchen is very outdated. Right now it’s 12:03 am in the middle of the night. The neighbor and all their family had a party outside. There’s nothing we can’t do. There’s no supervision or control of any kind. I will not recommend this place for people that work and like peaceful atmosphere.
