Providence Town Square - Senior Living Apartments

This facility markets itself publicly one way and inaccurately based on our experiences.
We moved our family member out and hope to protect others from misrepresentation and compromised living environment quality.
The residents were great, but neglected by the facility. For example, multiple elevators were regularly not working, services were unavailable (e.g., entertainment... rooms, pool), and staff were unavailable (e.g., not answering the phone or returning messages). It is noteworthy that the lack of services were not the result of COVID-19 precautions (e.g., closing for social distancing), but failure to act before and after pandemic protocols.
We would categorize local managers as incompetent and indifferent to resident needs. Ownership (Blazer) did not respond to multiple resident requests for intervention.
Given the importance of providing a safe and quality environment for the elderly, we recommend avoiding this facility at all costs. Read More
