Perch Denton is a good community to live in, the only thing I would say isn’t the best is that when it was built a lot of things were not filled correctly. Especially on the base boards there are holes everywhere that let in a huge amount of insects.

Nancy and Bryan were very helpful during the entire process! Communication was proactive, they kept me informed from beginning to end! The 2 homes we are renting were very clean and just like the model homes from our first viewing! So far I am very impressed with everything.
