I love these apartments. This experience over this past year has been great. Yes, there was been some maintence issues with some things/appliances, but the maintence crew takes great care of things. I love the community feel Perch brings to the table and the availability of all the amenities!

Just moved in, so far so good! Brian at the office has been extremely helpful in making the moving process easy for us. I really love all the space we have so far. There were a few things that broke upon move in, but I'm sure maintenance will get those fixed!
