Trash-Heap

Nothing ever works, maintenance takes forever to get back to you, they'll never send your deposit, the whole complex has a bedbug problem. Don't waste your time here.

Really bad.

The staff in the office is very friendly; however, their service is totally lacking (arguably negligent). Continually have issues with maintenance. I had a major mold problem from a water leak that I reported multiple times, and it was never correctly addressed. After months of trying to get it taken care of, and many unfulfilled promises from management. They did open the walls in the bathroom after 2 months and multiple requests and promises, after being lied to multiple times by management,... who told me each time that the walls would be opened, but the maintenance guys just cleaned it off with bleach and put a mold-sealing spray on the walls instead. After a week of having to use the showers and toilet in a vacant apartment while they opened it up and found the problem, we thought that the problem had finally been taken care of. About a month later, the mold came back because they had never treated the mold that had spread to my bedroom closet after waiting months for someone to fix it. I was told at that point that they would need to move me into another apartment for a week while they tried to find the source of the leak and fix the problem. I opted to transfer to a different apartment in the complex that had just been renovated. The day after I handed over the keys, they moved a family with small children into the apartment. Not only is this a breach in the contract on their part, it is a serious health concern that they didn't care enough to address. In another instance, money went missing from my apartment after pest control had come in for their routine check. I reported it to the office, was told that they would investigate, but I never heard anything back. They even lied to me about how long the maintenance guy had worked there to make him seem more credible. The renovated apartment was nice, but my original one had disgusting carpet and laminate tile that had clearly not been replaced before I moved in. When I moved in, the apartment was also filthy, there was even broken glass on the floor. The laundry facilities are filthy and at any given time, 6 out of the 8 washers and dryers are out of order. Only bonus is that it is pretty quiet (after multiple complaints about children running around outside in the middle of the night, screaming their lungs out). Would not recommend to anyone.

Good Apartments

Overall they're good for the price you pay. Emergency maintenance issues get addressed pretty quickly. Other things may take a little longer. Not the newest and nicest complex but its quiet and affordable for a college town.
