How Is This Rating Determined?

NO WATER SOLUTION

Apartment complex without water, meanwhile outside irrigating the lawn.
Contacted management and claim for us contact city for the low water.

IF there is water, PRIORITY should be tenants WATER NEEDS like taking showers, going to the restroom and other needs.

A reschedule irrigating at night would be a solution.

I's the worst place to rent, rude staff and very unprofessional, stay away from this place

Amazing staff / manager

Wow! What an amazing place. As we walked in we were welcomed as if we were part of the family. The manager was giving the residents the best attention to them and having a great conversation as she was serving them a cup of coffee! As I saw the manager talking to them I said to myself this is a place where I would love to live. Well let me just say that the manager “Isabel” was very helpful and answered all of my questions in which convinced my husband and I that this will be the place we want... to live.
The place is nice and clean. What we loved the most is that we saw the tenants coming and going with a smile because the manager Isabel well she made time to say Hi, and gave them that lovely attention that made them feel right at home.
