Residence at Edinburg II Apartments

New management is great. Work orders are getting done on a timely manner and property is looking good. Courtesy office on site.

The GVA managements group that took over this complex is the absolute WORST. They dont care for their units, but charge the max amount. Maintenance of older apartments is nonexistent. Property managers are completely clueless on how to do their job and have attitude whenever a tenant comes with a question or concern. They claim to be a "garden property with wildlife and birds" which is code for "dont complain about the pests, you chose to live here" Street lamps dont work. The security gate is... completely gone and hasnt worked in years. No security or enforcement of pool rules, so there is alot of noise at the pools. So even though you are charged more for living near one, you have to just put up with it or call the police yourself. Just horrible place to live, do yourself a favor and find a new complex with cheaper rates. Not worth the cost at these. Read More

This place is beautiful. This was my first time living alone and I always felt so incredibly safe. Loud hours are enforced, but it is rarely an issue. When it did become an issue, management was super prompt in addressing it. There is always landscaping going on. Maintenance calls are answered quickly, management is really nice and helpful. My apartment was in beautiful condition, and I enjoyed walking around the complex to get exercise. I only wish this management company had apartments in San... Antonio. Read More

Great location and a safe and beautiful community!

After working in the customer service industry for many years, I've become very critical about how I am attended everywhere I go. I have to say, the management team at this property really impressed me! They are so attentive and so friendly! If you're looking for a place where they'll treat you right, this is the best place to go. Highly recommended.
