The management is the worst I've ever seen

I've been here for 4 months and in the 4 months I've been here the air hasn't never worked and I never gotten anything but a sorry excuse from the front office they sent a guy out once and change something never walked inside the apartment and still to this date have never been in to see that my apartment has been 80 plus degrees for the last 4 months there's no keys to any of the utilities the pool is never open everything is a problem for the manager who is never in the office and when she is... she won't answer the door because she knows everyone has a problem that they won't fixed this place is the worst place I've ever lived run from this place don't walk run

It’s always dirty and disgusting.

All the great reviews belong to Mountaindale Apts (these apartments’ former name) and the former manager. It’s been sold and is now it’s Brisa Apts. They got rid of trash containers and there’s always trash in the parking lot and it is disgusting! Also, now under Brisa apartments, they’re on their second manager, and both have been awful. When the office is closed: there is no emergency repair contact number, the phone gets disconnected, and there is no way to leave a message.

Great Apartment

This has been one of the best apartments I have stayed in. The staff is very responsive and nice. any issues are resolved quickly. I can't recommend Mountaindale enough!
