Cliffside at Mountain Park

I just moved in and i got a call from the management saying that there’s a pet at my apartment and they took pictures we just invited a friend and he bring his cat I feel like there’s no privacy and and they said utilities were included with the rent we asked twice and she said they were included but now the other lady saying it’s not there’s bugs roaches, bad terminations and poor management and not very clear and and the lady asf why can’t you just be honest I can’t wait to move out

Pests and major water damage. "Restorations", no! Unlivable and unsafe conditions for a family. Absolutely abhorrent! Misrepresentation and false advertisement. The pictures show nothing of the reality to come. Out of 2.5 bath, one toilet works, and in another bathroom, one shower worked. Water damage was painted over, mildew was painted over. Paint in multiple places is bubbled or pealing (not just small areas, but large areas). Shampoo soap is imbeded in the carpet, still wet and soapy upon… move-in. It was pink. No screens on windows, bars are gone, and windows are easily opened with poor locking, at floor level, making them unsafe for children (2nd and 3rd floor apt.) In the area! Nice views as you are leaving the property, nice staff, quiet, and a lot of room!

Prior places I lived at or seen all had nowhere to relax. Like the pool and barbeques and park areas here its much more enjoyable and they keep it up well....units are roomy too and more updates than others nearby for sure
