Very poor customer service
I noticed I was being over charged on my water bill and brought it to the attention of the property manager. Maintenance checked my water meter and all was good. The readings continued to be wrong for 4 months and even after contacting corporate office, I have yet to receive a credit for the overage. I get charged late fees even though the manager agreed for me to short pay my bill until the issue got resolved. Management doesn't acknowledge but much less respond to emails.
