Nice community and good customer service

Moving to a new city is not easy. I knew this is where I wanted to live once I called and was given all information over the phone and email. The manager spent 15 minutes on the phone answering all of my questions when everywhere else I called rushed me! The community is nicer than others I viewed here, much like what I was used to in Phoenix. The office employees are really nice and they care about your comfort in the apartment. My maintenance concerns are always handled right away and the... gentleman in the office always calls to make sure I'm happy with the work they did.

A resort right at home!

With the tuscany's beautiful home steal living comes a gated friendly community, with fun at every corner. Two pools a theater 24hr gym basketball courts and dog parks. I moved her 2 months ago and I feel like I'm on a vacation when I'm home. I walk out to my balcony and have a beautiful view anywhich way you look.!! It's a home for any family for everyday person.

Tuscany at Mesa Hills

I just moved in a week ago. I love the location, close to the mall, gym, freeway. The apartment is very spacious. The layout is awesome. The only issue I have with the layout is the living room could be larger and the dining room smaller. Not much room for a couch /loveseat/ or seating more than a chair and couch. The gym, pool, basketball court, tennis court and dog parks are very nice. The apartment size is large and the pools could be larger to accommodate the residents. Maintenance... needs to ensure all appliances are working prior to move in as 2 of mine are not working. The staff so far has been friendly. I looked at a lot of places before choosing Tuscany at Mesa Hills and I was impressed by the price I received (a special) and the overall complex. I hope to keep this as my home for a few years. Every apartment complex has some issues. I do not or have not seen any major problems here -- it is quiet secure and my daughter and I love it.
