4 year resident
I have lived her for going on 4 years now and the new management company that has just started it awful. They refuse to let me speak with the manager. They set me a maintenance appointment for 10 am and no one ever showed up. I have tried to call many times but they refuse to answer the phone or return phone calls. If I could give zero stars I would.
