I have been in Atlas Waterside now over a year, and I work a lot out of town, and the apartments are secure, and they are an easy and great place to live, and very turn key. If an issue arises, it is handled quickly and professionally, with resolution to satisfaction. The amenities are great, and provides easy access to the Trinity Trails and the shopping and dining in Waterside, as well as easy commute to TCU, as well as the rest of Fort Worth.

Great complex, great location, apartments are nice, amenities are nice, good gym, lots of fun events. Rent is kind of killer but I guess that is just the way rent prices are now. Price is my only main problem

I fell in love with this community the first day that I met Anne on my initial tour. I cannot rave about her enough. She was really a HUGE factor in my decision to pick this community and I couldn’t be more grateful. Kylie was also a huge help in staying on top of my quick move in date and communicating with me on next steps quickly via email since it can be difficult to answer the phones at my job. I knew I would always get an immediate follow up email keeping me in the loop and I really... appreciated that. I’m in love with this place, and so are all of my friends and family that have helped me move in and been to visit me thus far.

Love living here!

The maintenance is quick to respond, the front office staff is friendly and helpful, there are community events, the residents are quiet, and the location is top tier. I have no complaints about living here and would recommend it to someone looking for a quieter apartment complex.
