Yes this place is beautiful at first sight, it stops abruptly after you move in. Management does not care at all about the residents!! The 1 man maintenance crew is not educated enough to fix anything beyond paint or lightbulbs. An elevator was down once for 13 weeks cause mgmt didn’t want to spend $ to get it repaired. More times than not the gates to the parking areas are broken & left open. We’ve even had a homeless guy sleep on the couch in the living/common area. We have an ongoing... rainwater drainage issue that leaks thru the ceilings on a couple decks on 3rd floor. I think you get the idea! We’re not renewing our lease!

Yes this place is lovely during your moving in process. Yes I have met wonderful people who live here, but the good review stops there. The staff’s professional smiles quickly fade. The almighty dollar is the only thing cared about. Repairs are addressed with questionably qualified technicians, if they’re addressed at all. The manager compares this property to a ‘hotel’, not your ‘home’. In the short time I’ve lived here 3 inside accessible garages have been broken into, twice! One morning a... resident was confronted by a homeless man who she found had been sleeping in our community living area. He ask her for coffee, which she was there to make anyway for her morning ladies group. (Using her own coffee pot since complimentary coffee is now not an amenity anymore). So beautiful there are so many things to do just within the community, beautiful pool and they have a sports lounge. The community it's so friendly and the staff it's awesome. Canner wait to move there.
