PLEASE READ - Currrent Resident
Completed and returned my lease renewal application on Dec 12 2024, it took the office until Jan 6 2025 to send me my new lease to sign, In that time they have put me to month-to-month payments even though I specifically told the office agent Kentrell that I was about to start working 12 hour shifts and wouldn't be able to make it back up to the office. Now the lease is signed and my base rent is higher than the contract AND they added a late payment fee even though I called and called trying to... get everything completed before my lease ended. These apartments used to be called Tides on Post Oak so check those reviews too, the new manager Dianna just started this last month and failed to call me back or give me an update if corporate needed to get involved. Speaking of that, there is NO contact information for Summit Property Management which is pretty shady. I'll be posting this review on EVERY review site possible. Hope this helps

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. Our residents' satisfaction is our top priority and we apologize for any inconvenience you may have faced. We understand that there has been an issue with the lease renewal and additional charges.... This certainly does not reflect the standard of service we aim to provide. We would appreciate an opportunity to discuss this further in order to clear up any misunderstandings and come up with a solution that works for everyone.
