One lady in the office is terrible
I have been here since they opened. The application process was longer than I wanted but I got the apartment I wanted. Now every SINGLE time I call the office to inform them of something and, DENISE answers, they won't get the message. She is crude and dismissive in person and over the phone. She blames you for her mistakes. I walked inside the office to get something fixed and she wrote my apt number down on scrap paper and it didn't get fixed for a week! When I called to check they came right... up.
I really like the apartments not some of the tenants but they are nice and new and private. It's a pretty cool place
