I'm only one week in, and i am hopeful we can turn this experience around but this has been the WORST experience so far. Lease agreement being 'lost' , apartment not being cleaned before move in. I have spent nearly 12 hrs cleaning it to the standard it should have been when i moved in. Appliances were damaged , washer water line didn't work and when it was 'fixed' they never affixed the drain line, so my apartment flooded, it took emergency maintenance 2 hrs to arrive. SEVERAL other issues. ... The main gate was 'broken' over the weekend and was left open all weekend. Complex is FULL of weeds. This is far from the luxury experience i imagined.

Mostly quiet here but people don't pick up after their dogs. Rent is a bit higher than I'd like and my new upstairs neighbors are trash and throw their trash off the balcony and it accumulates in front of my back porch. I'm getting tired of picking it up.

In love with the property only thing I wish they had is an elevator. Other than that, the property is well kept up with and clean. It’s a safe area as well

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now and will be staying a 3rd year! Staff and maintenance are always on point and helpful as well as prompt and professional. Knowledgeable, friendly and great people!
The property is always clean and very nice.
Highly recommend 35West for anyone considering apartment living!!! FIVE STARS plus from my experience!!
