Bexley Clearfork

The "call box" (that allows you to buzz people in to the building) is completely broken for me (and apparently me alone). I reported this about three months ago and have inquired about the status a half dozen times. The office seems to keep thinking the issue has been resolved, despite taking no effort to verify it actually works. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Hanover at Clearfork is the best apartment complex, I'm convinced! Not only is the entire complex aesthetic and well designed, but the staff is top notch as well. From the property manager Evelyn, to the leasing team, to the maintenance crew led by Juan, everyone here is always ready to lend a helping hand. Being the first one to live in my unit, there were a few maintenance requests that I had to make. No matter what it was, the Hanover team fixed it within 24 hours, often less. I had my AC go... out in July (during the weekend, after-hours), and Juan and his team bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable and felt seen. They continually checked on me, and Evelyn made sure I knew she was aware of the situation. I could not ask for a better team to be over the complex, and hope none of them go! I only have the best words to say about this complex and the management that runs it! I've been living here for about a year now, and I cannot recommend living here enough to my friends and family! I had an issue with a noisy neighbor and the property manager Evelyn immediately came over to see what was going on and reached out to the neighbor to let them know about their disruptiveness. Ever since she spoke with them, I have had 0 issues and have been living in peace. Furthermore, with any... maintenance issues that arise, I fill out the form on my resident portal and I swear within minutes I have maintenance readily at my door to aid and resolve any issues. They are some of the nicest people ever! The entire staff is just so sweet and genuinely go out of their way to make sure you have all your needs taken care of. I wanted to share another experience in which the entire leasing office and Evelyn (the property manager) came to my rescue. I am very sensitive to noise compared to most folks. Per usual situations that arise in living in an apartment, I started to hear some loud food steps from the apartment above me. When I let Evelyn and the entire leasing office know about this issue, they immediately contacted the unit above me to be more cautious, but then decided to help me even more by allowing me to transfer to an open apartment in the same building on the top floor!
