Came from another city (Waco) to help assist my young son move in and my purse was stolen from his truck/no cameras no security outside gates have been bent to allow outside strangers get through, constant sewage draining down the parking lot slimy creating a potential accident and at my age a fall is a tragedy -not a great first impression and saddens me my child resides in this area

I highly recommend this place to live. Nia and Naomi are amazing. They are highly experienced, patient, kind and supportive. I am proud to call this my new home for me and my two boys. It is safe, beautiful, and truly a place I love. Thank you for everything.

Don't even bother! Kirstin (office manager) is very unprofessional. Maintenance is lazy and comes up with horrible patch work jobs because they don't know what they're really doing. Shower leaks into closet and onto bathroom floor, electrical outlets don't work, backyard gate is terrible and manager purposely did not put our gate to be newly fixed, the list goes on and on! Don't even waste your time you will be disappointed!
