The worst place to live
I lived here for about 2 years because we had to in order to live close the school.
Honestly that is the only positive thing about this place.
All the negatives:
1. Disgusting, no one cleans up their dog poop and apartments do not care.
2. The pool is always closed. They find a reason to close it so you pay money for nothing.
3. The walls are super thin, poorly made so neighbors downstairs can hear every step you take and call and complain.
4. The office staff is horrible, no wonder none... of the front desk staff lasts there.
5.The visitor parking was moved all the way to the end of the building so if you have a visitor they must park and walk so far, not convenient at all.
Please pay a little extra money and move somewhere else, especially if you are looking to live there longer than a year because once your lease is up (if you want to renew) it ends up costing the same as living in the luxury apartments across the street.

LOVE IT
Great, safe place to live! We love our apartment!! Katelyn & Lauren are very friendly & helpful. They care about the residents and the community. As current residents, we definitely recommend!!

Can't get a hold of them.
We have been able to actually talk to them maybe a handful of times otherwise it's an automatic message system telling you to leave a voice-mail that will never be called back. They were fine with taking my applica
application and charging me for all the fees but won't answer the phone to know what the next step is considering we want to move in the next 3 weeks and need to get answers. Even tried calling the emergency maintenance number just to see if they would answer and again got a message... to leave a voice-mail. If they are this bad and we don't even live there yet imagine actually needing something or having an emergency while living there and not getting ahold of anyone. Absolutely ridiculous.

AWFUL
I wish I could rate these apartments below a 1, the front office staff is absolutely awful and not helpful, if you have a maintenance problem forget it they’re not coming to fix it. Our AC was out for 12 hrs before anyone even came to fix it during the summer. The pool is never even open neither is the gym, the apartment complex is always dirty. They do not take care of these apartments and are not worth the price whatsoever. I would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble find... somewhere better.

The last year has been a very challenging year due to COVID in... which it caused a shortage of maintenance supplies or backorders. Unfortunately, due to CDC restrictions, our amenities were subject to be closed or in a restricted schedule once they were open.

Happy at Bella Vista!
I’ve lived at Bella Vista for 6 months and honestly don’t know where you’d find such a large, beautiful apartment for the price. New management is making lots of improvements recently as well. My children and I have been very happy here, and I’m pretty picky! It’s convenient to everything and the office staff has been nothing but warm and welcoming to me every interaction I’ve had with them.
