This is a great place to live.
The neighbourhood is amazing and the building has a very good set of amenities, an attentive staff, and it is very close to the Trinity trails..

Excellent location, living spaces and most amenities. Staff is helpful though standards have dropped somewhat since its first two years of opening. Some amenities such as outside grills often need repair or don’t work. Security is satisfactory, however high risk to residents and garage parked automobiles continues.

I have really enjoyed the quality, amenities, and location. The maintenance crew is the best. I am sad to be leaving but life happens. The location to shops, the river, highways, and shopping is the best
