My family and I we are happy, it's a nice quiet place to live, close to everything. The only thing I unhappy its the trash on weekends. That es awful.

It is a safe place and the staff is great as is the maintenance. I would like them to improve by fixing the lights in the buildings, to make new options of parking, to clean clean and whitening the stairs and motivating residents to respect the stop sign next to building 2 and all the stop signs.

The property could look better, The concrete is the worst, They don’t interact much with the residents like my old apartments. I’ve lived here 2 years & this is my last. They change management & staff a lot. The new & old company does fix things inside the unit. I’ll give them that much, Fairly quickly too. The grounds could look better there’s barely grass. It’s more weeds than anything. They need to paint the property, oh & the trash over here is a nightmare. 1 trash compactor for this huge... complex is insane. The best thing about these apartments is the location. Happy Renting!

I love living @ 4Corners Apartments! They have lots of amenities, McCord Park with access to trails, dog parks, splash pad, beautiful apartment community pool and excerise room etc.
