Roaches
New Management and owners are okay. This is not a good area my car was broken into I hear gunshots quite often. I haven’t even finished my lease yet and have been counting the days till I move out. I’ve had pest control come once a week since the day I moved in. I still see roaches almost daily. How do you not have this roach problem under control?

Great place to live
Bay Island Apartments are quiet. The property mgr. Laura is a very excellent property mgr. She really helped improved the property overall. We have lived here for years. There were other property managers who worked here. They were beyond horrible. They didn't care about the property or residents. Since Bay Island hired mgr. Laura. Living here has been excellent. All maintenance requests completed on time. The grounds like alot nicer. Cameras were installed. No one is hanging out. Quiet place.... We were going to a Landmark Property before Bay Island hired Laura as the property mgr. So we stayed and sign another year lease. No regrets.

New tenant
I really want to love this place. The office staff is sweet and helpful when I visit. However, I’m only on month 2 and already looking forward to NOT renewing this lease. I’ve reached out to corporate numerous times now in regards to a billing issue with no word back from even a robot. Im a busy single mother who runs a business I need to trust that when I handle my end they’re going to handle theirs. And that is not the case. Do not recommend.

Very clean community
Recently I’ve noticed that management has been putting a lot of work into this property. The buildings were just painted, a dog park put in, and there is a beautiful stone BBQ area by the pool. Will the maintenance guys works hard to keep things picked up and clean. The front desk lady is very nice and always helpful. I love it here.
